Having worked at senior and executive director levels for over 12 years, Karen has extensive experience working on strategic issues in research organisations along with a deep understanding of the unique challenges of applied research centre environments.  Karen's experience includes running successful business units within research centres, and business and strategic planning for organisational growth and success. Most recently, Karen was appointed to develop the 3-year strategic plan for the National Center for Social Studies (Saudi Arabia), consulting with stakeholders and staff to identify key priorities and activities, and performance/progress measures.
