Karen established Lotus Social Research Services to use her experience to offer flexible research support for organisations involved in social research - from research design, online qualitative fieldwork and  coding, to analysis and report writing (and everything in between). The meaning of the Lotus: the lotus is used in many cultures to symbolize strength, resilience and beauty arising from adversity, given its ability to rise from murky waters - a bit like clear findings rising from murky data pools! Karen is also a certified yoga teacher, teaching regularly in person and online - the lotus in yoga has strong connections to the expansion of the mind!
